Be able to address the range of communication requirements in own role Within Calon Lan we have to address a range of groups which we have to communicate with, to enable effective communication, evidence of communication and to adhere to each person’s job role. Directors - It is the responsibility of all directors to inform their managers of all company policies and procedures on order for the business to run according to how they want it to be run. It is also essential for directors to have good communication with their managers so that corrects methods of work procedures are put into effect. Good communication practice between the directors and their managers will ensure that the company is run smoothly and that the managers can then ensure that their line staff can work accordingly.
We recapped the four management functions. 1) Planning: which defines the organization’s goal and establish a strategy to accomplish it. 2) The coordinator function: a leader/manager whose job it is to motivate employees and resolve any conflict among the staff as it arise. 3). The Controlling function: the manager taking charge to make sure all the operations of the organization, are running smoothly and monitors employee’s performance (Robbins & Judge, 2011).
Having an original performance appraisal system in a human service organization is very important. They should be used in any organization or business, but especially in human service organizations for many reasons. Performance appraisal can be viewed as the process of assessing and recording staff performance for the purpose of making judgments about staff that lead to decisions. It is important for managers and leaders of the organization to know what is going on with their employees. The performance appraisal gives the employer the upper hand on what goes on throughout their organization and allows them to make sure that things are done correctly.

A company must be customer focus and watch its competitors as well as develop suitable resources. Pay structures are vital to an organizations compensation department. Directors need to have good communication with their managers so that policies and procedures are followed correctly. Good communication will ensure that the organisation is running smoothly and that the managers can ensure the Heads of Shift work accordingly.
This is really important to any employers as it shows that you have own passion and determination to do the work. Leadership qualities- This is when you undertake a certain task and get others to follow what you have explained. This skill is important in IT industry as it shows the employer that you are willing to be in lead of others and helps to achieve all the developments in the IT industry. There are some qualities that each person should have in order to become a good leader and these include: reliability, good communication skills, commitment, time management and honesty. Punctuality- This is when the employees arrive at the right time to work and are well prepared to take on any task set by their employer.
Many employers now evaluate the applicant’s credit report, although it does the employer no good knowing what companies you have or have not paid it tells them a whole lot about how responsible the person is; which is one of the most essential skills needed to be successful in today’s workforce. In my opinion, the most ideal employee will have the skills of being punctual, honest, responsible, kind, being able to work well with others, and being willing to further their education. They will also have the knowledge of knowing when to use their resources and where to find the information needed, and to not be fearful of the consequences when they make a mistake and being honest enough to verbalize it. The skill of being punctual speaks for itself when working any job it is important that you are clocked in and ready to work when you shift starts. Not only because you have a job of which, is organized based on your scheduled hours, but also for the respect of your co- workers.
Support worker and colleague - maintaining professional duty of care and working together. Support worker and manager – agreed working ways and following the policies and procedures. Working with other agencies – being professional, clear records and communication. 2.1 The reason why it is important to adhere to the agreed scope of the job role is because it enables you to know your role and responsibilities; it sets out the boundaries in your job role, knowing your job description and your own level of skills and competence. 2.2 As there may be changes in policies within the law and your company may have to implement them to help protect the vulnerable individuals so this why it is important to have the access to full and up to date details of agreed ways of working.
