What are my strengths and weaknesses as a student? What action will I take to convert my weaknesses into strengths? Strengths and weaknesses refer attributes or qualities possessed by an individual. Strength could be said as what a person is good at doing while weakness could mean what a person may find difficulties in doing. A strength may also be a weakness and a weakness, a strength. Every individual has their own strengths and weaknesses as no one is born perfect. This essays will entail my strengths as a student, my weaknesses and finally how I can convert my weaknesses to strengths. Personally, my strengths as a student are the specific skills I possess which enable me to learn better in class. These skills include the ability to remember and understand what was taught or what I read, background knowledge about my course, finding calculations and mathematics easy and finding essay writing quite easy. Also, I’m quite organised with my school work. However, my weaknesses as a student are those things I do that hinder me from learning well or those thing I don’t do that affect my learning ability. These weaknesses of mine include bad time management, difficulty in addressing to a crowd and difficulty in concentrating. These weaknesses, if dealt with can be converted into strengths that could make me do better in school. Having the motive to convert these weaknesses to strengths is the first step to take in overcoming them. For bad time management, I have to set up a personal time table for myself daily. This will make me aware of the activities I have to do and when to do them. If this time table is adhered to, in about three to four weeks, I should be able to manage my time properly. Also, in order to overcome my fear of addressing a crowd, I should be an intimate communicator. This means that I should start talking in small groups a lot or
