What is meant by an integrative project management process and why is this so important? What are the pitfalls if such an approach is not taken? An integrative project management process is meant to coordinate a project plan’s development, execution and to control changes (Marchewka, 2012). It is the combination of all the process and activities involved in identifying, describing, merging, fitting together and coordinating the many processes in project management. This is important because it helps the project to be completed successfully by making sure all the processes are integrated and so that performance is maximized throughout the entire cycle of the project.

Demand for products and services will affect the number of people needed in certain roles. Businesses can look to move into new markets - this could mean abroad and staff needing new skills such as languages. More staff may be needed in distribution if the business grows. Technological change can also affect the internal working arrangements - machinery leads to redundancies, new training may be needed etc.
Keeping a local database is quite a bit different to manage then one which is being shared with external companies and this is where costs arise. More security features will need to be installed at the server level for protection of customer and company information when being accessed from outside companies in partnership with Kudler. Training will need to be implemented for staff to understand how to access the database from their location and authentication software will need to be implemented as well as user access
It is imperative for case managers to use intervention practices that will prevent risks, reduce the negative behavior, and promote productivity and success. Intervention practices are included in case management plans because they serve as actions to improve life situations. The concept with helping clients in the criminal justice is complex because each person is different and unique, so therefore, the treatment and services have to be different to promote success. Data Collection Methods Used in Research Data collection methods include identifying the problem and determining if fixing the problem will benefit more than leaving the problem alone. Selection of a study group is the second step. The study group needs to be critical to provide proper decisions. The task force needs to include people from all departments of the company. Identification of key variables and operational definitions is the next step.
The sooner the issues have been caught the sooner it has been taken care. Risk management is also important part of the project management. Risk is encountered throughout the life cycle of the project. For Ka-Pow project we came up with the Risk Management Plat which talks about the risk identification, risk response, risk planning and risk monitoring and control. Next step is to create communication plan and create meeting agenda.
