MEDA- Metropolitan Economic Development Association, 250 Second Avenue South, Suite 106, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55401 Website: http://www.meda.net/ For my organization I will need to work with an organization that specializes in helping business grow and develop. Since I will operate in the Twin Cities metro that has a large diverse population, I would choose to collaborate with MEDA, an organization that provides assistance to businesses owned and managed by entrepreneurs of color (MEDA, 2014). This will be an important collaboration because MEDA can assist with developing JOBCONNECT’s mission as well as help us explore the business aspect of the organization. It is important to work with organizations that share similar missions to create a successful organization.
