Spanking a Child In the past few years people have been wondering is spanking abuse? Is it bad for the child? The answer is no. Many parents and law officials believe that spanking a child corrupts them in the future, forcing a law to be set in Section 43 of the charter, to band spanking. Although others believe there is no problem and it should be allowed.
Parents use discipline to teach their children the difference between right and wrong. The type of discipline parents use is entirely up to them but, ninety percent of parents say that they have used hitting as a mean of discipline on their child, and most parents say that it was used on them when they were young. Spanking is a form of discipline that has been used by many parents; but it is now becoming the method that is being frowned upon by most doctors and many parents. "The American Academy of Pediatricians say that spanking might actually do more harm than good", meaning that the spanking will not correct the problems that the child has, but only make them worse. In some countries around the globe, such as Norway and Sweden, elected officials have made it totally illegal for parents to spank their child.
The majority of Americans will say that spanking is abusive, that it teaches children to be aggressive, and that there is no instructional value. These are all myths. Abusive parents do not use spankings for correctional purposes; they lash out and take their anger out on their children. Second, abusive parents don’t just spank they hit or beat their children. But for non abusive parents, spanking is done out of love and care to correct a child’s behavior.
Many of these children are in terrible places in the world. Their country's laws do not say much about child soldiers so there isn't much that people in the country can do to help. In the article “Child Soldiers Should Be Prosecuted” by Debatewise.org, they state “The recruiters of child soldiers also use drugs and alcohol to make children more compliant and to enable them to commit acts they would not ordinarily commit.” (Debatewise.org). This evidence shows that these child soldiers do not have a choice when it comes to fighting. They are drugged up so that they listen to their leaders and don't fight back.

Opponents of spanking state that spanking is done out of anger and that the kids never learn a lesson from spanking done this way. It would clearly show them this happens when mommy or daddy is mad. This may be true in some cases but not all. Majority of adults know this,

These opposing opinions have been going on for a while according to our law system there’s a fine line between abuse and child spanking but a lot of people say it’s bad parenting to spank children and shouldn’t be done. Child spanking is a fair way to discipline your children and is not abusive according to the Human Right Code. The reason they are called criminals, is because they break the laws governments have enacted to keep its citizens safe. Studies have shown that “No Gun Zones” are not affective, that they have more mass shootings. There have been studies that also prove that conceal carry permits and citizens with concealed weapons have prevented mass shootings. While I am not a gun owner just yet, I believe the government needs to back off on strict gun control. I’m all for the comprehensive background checks and not allowing felons and people with severe mental problems not being able to be legal gun owners, but when it comes to what type of guns citizens can own, the government shouldn’t have a say.

Unfortunately, this matter remains silent as parents take it for granted. Children who face this problem usually afraid to tell their parents about what had happened to them because they either have been threatened by the suspect or their parents might not believe the story told by their children. This is because most of the pedophiles are someone they know and trust rather than strangers. For examples, close friends, neighbors, relatives, family’s acquaintances or even the children’s babysitter.
