Unless you are going to offer a sort of “reward” for coming forward, this just wouldn’t work. So, after extensive research and going through many politicians ideas, but coming up with one “superpower” if you must, the solution is actually quite simple. Instead of amnesty, the deporting of all illegal immigrants, or making them all “legal”, why not offer a different view on immigration? To “adopt” immigration, without making them United States citizens. To have all of the illegal immigrants come forward, with incentive along with it.
First, protecting the American workers from immigrants. The fear the drives this argument, with more immigrants mean less physical labor available for American. While the maybe true, but he disputes the only jobs with low skilled wage will be affected. And about are 13 percent of American without high school diplomas. Second protecting the tax-payers from welfare.
For instance, I now realize that not all illegal immigrants are migrant workers. While it is true that a majority of undocumented residents in the United States are from Mexico, the sealing off of our borders or mass deportation is simply impractical and economically not feasible. I believe that immigration can be dealt with through an electronically secure documented fashion. My assumption today is that the United States has the technology and the means to make documentation extremely difficult to counterfeit and replicate. A worker without this proper documentation would find it extremely difficult to work in the United States, thus forcing those without the necessary forms to be deported.
This legislation, however, proved to have many loopholes around it for illegal immigrants to obtain drivers’ licenses regardless of their illegal status because the states were not obliged to conform to the standards. Therefore, states like Washington and Oregon that did not conform to the national standards until later in 2008 when the federal government made it that non-conforming licenses were no longer accepted in any federal agency, became a sort of a safe haven for a lot of illegal immigrants from various states to obtain drivers’
What we see and hear can really deceive us all. The immigrants came to America for a chance at a better life. They came to America to escape the harsh conditions of their native countries. To there surprise, immigrants got the exact opposite of what they thought America was going to be like. Politicians and entrepreneurs did what ever it took to better their lives.
Anthony Murphree Mrs.Hartman Period 6 2/20/13 End Electoral Vote System The Electoral College system is no longer useful in today’s society and needs to be removed from the presidential voting system. When it was first created it was used because the framers did not have anything better to put in its place at the time. The Electoral College does not even do what it was originally intended to do (Encourage candidates to take small states seriously). It is also only used in the most important election, it was removed other elections because it was felt that the system was unfair. The Electoral College system is faulty and needs to be removed from the presidential voting system.
Jordan Mendoza Money Management Brent Booth November 27th 2012 I feel as that there is no way to possibly make Tax's fair for everyone. Its also hard to make a decision on this topic because my views are one sided with washington state tax's. I feel as if that we were to take taxes away on something that it would effect something else, as to say no tax on gas means there is no money going toward the roads. If we were to have sin tax, which I believe we already do tax those items, I think that is ok. Taxing items like alcohol and tobacco, is a good thing, you hope it will help people quit smoking, or alcoholics stop drinking. But then is that fair to he companies selling the product?
People can be classified as illegal immigrants either by entering without authorization or inspection, or by violating the terms of legal entry. Also, illegal immigrants can be called “Visa Overstayers”. This means that even though they had a legal visa, they stayed in the U.S.A more than the time allowed. Causes: 1. Economic: Most immigrants are not economically stable in their home country.
One can be financially strong because of limited expenses. There is less number of people in the nuclear family and hence less expenses. A disadvantage of the nuclear family is lack of support ; If there is an argument between the couple then there is no one to support any one of them. They have to deal with their problem alone without any support. Sometimes the fight results in divorce or separation because there was no one to make them understand the basics of a relationship.
As such, the requirement is not aimed at the groups of internal migrants without local registration card. However, it affects this specific group in particular. The fact that the bureaucracy of the registration system is so burdensome has made it difficult for internal migrants to apply for registration. In addition to the need to go back to their place of origin, they need a new address in order to be registered. Regarding the latter, problems arise if they have no house where they can be formally registered, live in illegal settlements or do not have a place to live at all.
