Examine and evaluate the creation of U.S. laws, taking into consideration common law heritage. Include your opinion as to what should or should not be a law and what should be considered when creating laws: There are several laws in the United States with several different definitions. Such as, some states have the law in effect for a motorcyclist to wear a helmet at all times, where other states does not have this law nor do they force it to happen. This law is something I do not understand what so ever. Let’s consider two laws I am very familiar with. 1) the helmet law and 2) the seatbelt law. Why some states such as my own force the seatbelt law would but yet let several motor cycle riders drive down a road without a helmet? I have to say, it is ridiculous. I have to say, yes, this world has gone crazier than it once was, and more than likely these are the reasons the laws have become stricter than they use to be. But I can also say this as well, many of these broken laws are to do with the children of today. Many of these kids are being bullied in school or trying to fit in and by doing so, they choose the lawbreaking ways of today’s society. Of course, I do not agree with what some of these kids are doing, but has anyone actually sat them down and tried to get to the bottom of what is on their mind causing this outbreak? In
