I could have asked her how they are sold, how many come in a box etc and she should have been more thorough in her job. She should be clarifying every customer’s orders to ensure they are receiving exactly what they think they are ordering. It did not even occur to me that the flu vaccinations can be sold individually, it would have been nice of her to just double check to make sure that is what I wanted. I also could have asked for a total on the order and that would have tipped me
Hard copy notification – staff notice board & pigeon holes. This is a standard meeting every Friday that all staff are aware of. New staff are advised as part of their induction. On Sept. 22, 2012, I had the opportunity to interview Richard at Community Fire Department in MI. Because of schedule conflicts, it took a while for us to finally sit down and talk. I asked him some questions that would give me an insight into what he deals with on a daily basis. Some questions were personal in nature, but were asked for a deeper understanding of what makes a good man as well as a good chief. I arrived at the station and entered into the downstairs meeting room.
What channel was used to send the message? Face-to-Face. What was the misunderstanding that occurred? I didn’t have enough foam wrap for the client so I took the foam wrap that belonged to my co-worker, Cynthia How could the misunderstanding have been avoided? I could have communicated better with Amanda by explaining when I came back from my car that I didn’t have any foam wrap with me and that I will just use the salon products Directions: Bring your completed chart to class for sharing in small groups.
This clearly shows that the accused would have received an unfair trial due to his unjust jury. Another event of significance would be Tom Robinson having visited Mayella Ewell prior to the supposed rape without any physical contact occurring as stated by Tom Robinson,”she’d call me in, suh, she seemed like every time I passed by yonder she’d have some little something for me to do-choppin’ kindlin’, totin’ water for her.”(Lee 191) This statement suggests that their relationship was platonic at best. There was no emotional response on the side of Tom Robinson. These events hold as much if not more importance than the evidence given during the trial. Many Factors contributed to the fact that Tom Robinson did not receive a fair trial.
The staff is trained to recognise any early signs of aggression and all are able to read and use properly body language. Diary for Friday, 05/07/2013 0750 Meeting with the Home Manager – He informed me about some changes in new clients Individual Care Plans and we discussed recent problems from the last two days when I was off. Eventually , if possible, I have to collect some info – assess and observe and report to the Manager later/after 2pm/.
Old Smoke After reading this case study, “Old Smoke”, I am surprised to find out that businesses still allow smoking inside the building; especially in today’s anti-smoking society... Before I go any further in my report, I must let you the reader know that I am a nonsmoker. I will try to write on a non-biased view. Devil’s Advocate if you will. Explain how you would handle this situation if you were Charles Renfold. If I were Charles Renfold, I would take a minute to myself before I gave Darlene Lambert the answer that she probably wouldn’t like.
He asked if he can come inside the house and secure the house and to make sure that no one entered his home. The owner invited him in and when he entered the house he immediately smelled a strong odor of burnt marijuana. He advised the owner that his backup officer is standing outside the backdoor and the owner opened the back door for him. The backup officer confirmed what he smelled that it was indeed burnt marijuana. They did not address the issue of the smell of burnt marijuana but they left the home.
Reflective I am a Senior Health Care Assistant and I work at a residential home for service users who have dementia and Alzheimer’s. On the 24.03.2012 I came on my shift which started at 7a.m, before starting my shift I made sure my uniform was clean and it had been laundered the night before, I do this to avoid cross contamination and comply with Health and Safety Regulations. I signed in the staff signing in book with the date and time I arrived and made sure my writing was legible, this not only helps my Manager monitor the building but it is also in case of fire and so the emergency services know if any persons are left in the building should the building have to be evacuated. This is also to comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act. I entered the building and used the alcohol hand gel and rubbed into my hands thoroughly and this again is to prevent cross infection and stops staff and visitors bringing in germs and infections into the home which can cause service users to be ill and also staff.
The teacher knows how to build and implement a plan for professional growth directly aligned with his/her needs as a growing professional using feedback from teacher evaluations and observations, data on learner performance, and school- and system-wide priorities. The artifact I chose for this standard is field experience sheet followed by the Eastfield College Children Laboratory Mathematics curriculum planning guide 2010-2011. I received the field experience sheet in my EDEC 3613D: Introduction to Early Childhood Education fall semester of 2011 at Eastfield Community College. The purpose of this field experience was to promote the skills of observation, analysis and reflection the teacher candidates have. The mission was to visit Eastfield College Children Laboratory to observe, reflect to a lesson plan and the material and props
