Every organization helps different age groups, their motives for others, and provides volunteer opportunities. AIM provides a food bank so that the community can put food in their homes and feed their families. They even help supply families with Christmas dinners and Thanksgiving dinners. They want to help people to get back on their feet and try to change the way our community looks. They have a special group for women and children to help women get back in school and to help better their children’s lives.

I would want to know what family it provided food for, and how it was able to help any family. Also, I would ask if my money could be separated to different countries so I can help more than just one family. Furthermore, I would actually like to know if the families appreciated the money that I have donated, and would not mind to donate more as long as it’s going to a good cause the right way. In conclusion, Care has done a wonderful job by helping out those people who actually need help. They have shown over the years that just being there for someone can go a long way.
In his book The Structure of Human Personality, Eysenck defines personality as being ‘the more or less stable and enduring organization of a person’s character, temperament, intellect, and physique, which determines his unique adjustment to the environment’ (Eysenck, 1960, p.2). Originally Eysenck’s model of personality was made up by two main personality factors (traits) which were; introversion (quiet, unsociable) - extroversion (outgoing, sociable) and Neurotic (unstable) – Normal (stable) (Nolen-Hoeksema et.al, 2009). He called these factors super traits. Eysenck describes how we respond to both internal and external stimuli; and that these responses vary depending on the situation. So
Self-protective stage- is the ego development stage in early and middle childhood in which some individuals remain at this stage. Self-protective stage is the awareness of cause and effect, and rules and consequences used to manipulate others. Conformist stage- is the ego stage in which individuals invest to belong and obtain approval of other popular groups of people, such as peer groups. Self-aware stage- is the ego stage in adults that show increased self-awareness of themselves and others. Individualistic stage- focuses on relationships and their value, and the ego of this stage shows broad minded tolerance of respect for self and others.

In this paper we will examine the ideas of personality development through the views of Abraham Maslow and Gordon Allport. Both Maslow and Allport’s theories are considered to be Humanistic in their approach to personality theory as each is based in the idea that each individual has value, control, and is capable of personal growth. In this paper we will examine how each theory views personality development, characteristics, and traits.
How important is civic engagement in people’s lives? Civic engagement is essential for an individual to have in his or her life; it creates a sense of belonging, a sense of community, a sense of well being, it could even improve one’s self. If individuals show acts of civic engagement he or she will make an impact on the community around him or her. A few months ago, a cashier at my local grocery store demonstrated a
