Communication is a key factor to the success of any organization as well as training to reinforce the coming change. This culture is not created over night and is not self creating. It takes time and follow-up and is formed over a period time where trust has been established and knowledge is shared. Teamwork is the key factor and allows the organization to become and remain successful. Demands for success and everyday bottle necks are easily overcome because the team is working together with a common goal and sense of urgency to do the right thing.

Jonathan has issue focusing on the bigger picture of the organization, however, he is very good at his job. Routine is Jonathan’s strong point. This strategy will work in his work effort because it makes it his gratification. Shawn F. Shawn has shown to be a team player. Although she shows signs of being a tab over emotional, her willingness to succeed has over shadowed her areas of faintness.

They would not have learned the value of working in order to gain. They will put greater emphasis on appearance rather than substance simply because their needs were met with little to no effort of their own. This type of attitude will spill over into their workplace, into their relationship and eventually in their own children. However, there is hope. Recognizing the codependency and accepting it as a role in the dysfunctional family is the first step in breaking the cycle.
It helps me figure out what I need to do to become a better player, but also a better person. It tests my ability to work hard through adversity, take constructive criticism, and challenge myself to push harder and to strive for greatness. I take tremendous pride in my work ethic, and it shows when I’m on the field. I stay focused from start to finish, learn from my mistakes quickly, and I accept my responsibilities that are handed down to me from coaches and my team.
