Kudler Fine Foods can implement total quality management because this will allow them to focus on improving all the activities in the organization. Total quality management deal with a continuous improvement in products and services in which the organization plan, do, check and act. Kudler Fine Foods also needs to make employees aware that everybody’s job is to work on improving quality. Kaizen is another form of quality management that Kudler Fine Foods can use.

Activity 7 Process Controls Why is it necessary to have controls in place and what sorts of controls might be used to ensure that work processes are stable and product / service quality is constant? It is necessary to have process controls in place to guard against, if not eliminate error, fraud, rework, product quality and other risks. Process Control methods can be applied to any process. When designing and implementing processes controls, the organisation should clearly define what needs to be monitored and how best to monitor those processes. High quality outputs should display minimal variation with maximum capacity, and should align with the operational plans and goals of the organisation to have optimal effectiveness.
1. Identify standards that influence the way the role is carried out. There are many standards that are put there to ensure that my role is carried out well. This may include codes of practice, national occupational standards, minimum standards and regulations. Having this in place ensure that there are guidelines to my role of what must and must not be done it is important to obey by these to ensure the job is done properly.
It is necessary to have a working knowledge of the legislation involved in business to ensure that the laws protecting consumers, suppliers & workers are implemented and complied by. Businesses are required to provide quality products & services in compliance with the law. Complete understanding and strict implementation of governing legislation will ensure that businesses are not at threat of prosecution and potential business closure, due to unforseen & unfortunate circumstances. To have a duty of care is to have a legal duty to take reasonable care to ensure the safety of others associated with the business or project.
Honor is a source of credit or distinction, and is inherent to reverence, dignity, reputation, good name, and having a good understanding as to what is and is not morally correct. The key part to honor is having respect for others and for yourself; you must have both because having one without the other is the same thing as having neither. I believe strongly that reputation is difficult to gain and even more so to maintain. In order to keep one’s set level of honor, one must maintain a standard of excellence. It takes only one wrong decison to cause a person to lose their honor.
