Sangouk jeon Natasha Robinson ENGL 1301.S50 4, October 2012 Romney, in His Home State, Raise Birth certificate Issue In the United States, there is a stiff competition between President Obama and Governor Romney. When Romney was in Michigan to run an election campaign he made a controversy remark regarding President Obama’s birth certificate. Although the author portrays the facts on the birther controversy, the piece effectively promotes reasons why Mr. Romney is not a strong candidate and needs others to make excuse for verbal incidents. Now there are many articles on the internet and the news talking about the controversy. Mr. Romney’s campaign visited Michigan where he and his wife were born. During the campaign, he raised President Obama’s birth certificate issue again. Paul D. Ryan who is a representative of Mr. Romney, said that nobody ever asked to see Romney’s birth certificate, and everybody at this place knows where he was born and raised. This article does not criticize or support any of the candidates. The author’s stand is neutral. But it could be seems like Mr. Romney is White Supremacy because some people looked at Romney as a White Supremacy.
