The purpose of this paper is to explain the relationship between Organisational Trust and Team effectiveness, the importance of Team Effectiveness, which is the dependent variable, will be stressed, followed by the importance of the independent variable, which is Organisational Trust. Research has been done to obtain definitions that have been asserted by various studies. This will help grasp the proper knowledge of both Organisational Trust and Team Effectiveness. A Structural Elaborate model will be demonstrated, consisting of Organisational Trust as the independent latent variable demonstrated and the other variables which make up Team Effectiveness. An Empirical relationship between Organisational Trust and Team effectiveness will be stressed and the measurements of both variables will be elaborated.
We all have accomplishments to be proud of, such as 2,000 hours of community service. We have worked hard to exemplify our community traits and keep our grades up. Even though some of us may be going to different high schools or even moving out of state, we will always be connected. I would like to thank my peers for giving me a great middle school experience. We wouldn’t be where we are today without the help from our teachers and families.
Through this program, teachers return to their school with more knowledge, determination, and commitment to change their students' lives. Freedom Writers Foundation Website, an article titled “About the Scholarship Program”, noted, “The Freedom Writers Foundation awards scholarships each year to first-generation high school seniors and college students who have demonstrated remarkable academic promise despite considerable odds.” This program supports students in many ways. By providing the students a scholarship, they continue to learn and they have a shot at becoming what they want. Students through this program also receive support to earn a degree from college. Erin has inspired many teachers, students, and everyday people through this foundation.

This network will be an awesome support in dealing with difficult situations. It is good to have someone to bounce ideas and help work through various work challenges. Coworkers can be a great support to help build one’s career. However, it is important to keep the work relationships in the proper perspectives. The way we treat our coworkers can affect the atmosphere of the office.
I am confident in her ability to keep herself busy whether she is training new workers, making orders, or just supervising. I would make Jamie in charge of either custodial or building maintenance. Personally, I work with maintenance guys and I know that the managers are not too picky with the people they hire. Basically anyone with a heartbeat who is willing to work hard can be a custodial or maintenance worker. I will also provide Jamie with descriptive lists of what needs to be fixed or cleaned throughout the property, so that he will constantly be busy.
Introduction ( Ethical framework) I intend with this paper to describe the use of counselling skills in different settings and discuss the ethical implications of using counselling skills as well as ways to protect ourselves and the listener. Define Counselling skills. Counselling skills are define by Sanders (2002, pag 9) as: “ Interpersonal communication skills.... used in a manner consistent with the goals and values of the established ethics of the profession of the practitioner in question”. According to Bond (2010) a person using counselling skills is in a role other than that of a qualified counsellor, and uses the skills to enhance their primary role. These skills can be applied in a professional or personal setting and some conditions will be given between the Listener and the speaker to reach an understanding, such as empathy, non- judgmental attitude towards the speaker, a great deal of care and mutual respect among others.
One must dedicate more time to his or her studies in order to succeed. Most teachers and professors in high school and college are well-educated individuals. They have spent years studying to obtain a teaching degree. As teachers and professors, their main concern is for the student to learn, understand, and master what they teach. The teacher or professor may accomplish this by reviewing the material, emphasizing key points, and providing the students with examples that they would easily relate to.
To make sure productive day every day, I need to set priorities, goals, and deadlines; delegate tasks appropriately; and use time to focus on solutions. Self-Management section taught me that the leaders have such abilities as managing their emotions, holding themselves personally accountable for what they say and do. I would focus on solutions rather than blaming people on problems. A good leader would pay attention on your people's skills, talents, passion; also need to motivate his people in different ways to keep higher work quality. Having effective communication skills are comfortable talking with people; work hard at understanding others’ perspectives; and be a good listener.
