I would also establish a system whereby my students complete a record card or form detailing name, contact information and any other relevant information such as medical needs. Regulations out of the way, personalities are important. I believe that if I am friendly, my learners will relax and know they can feel secure in my class when it starts. Nobody likes to learn with a grumpy teacher. I will always do a fun warm up which helps break the ice.
During resident’s monthly meetings, I am able to talk within the group, whilst also ensuring that each individual can hear and understand me. I also encourage residents to speak; this in turn builds their confidence and trust towards me. My body language is very important. I use open gestures, friendly face and one to one eye contact. 1.3 My day to day routine poses various barriers and challenges with regards to communication.
Portrait of an ISTJ When I took the personality test, Myers-Briggs Test, my results was the portrait of an ISTJ (Introverted Sensing Thinking Judging). The ISTJ personality was very accurate and was very close to my personality and my way of thinking. I am quiet and reserved to the people I’m not really close with, but I am down-to-earth and easy to talk to. According to the personality sheet ISTJ, I have a strong-felt internal sense of duty and that fuels my motivation to complete tasks. This is completely true about me, for example, I want to do well in school, so I could go to a good college and get a nice job, I want to be successful for my parents, I want them to be proud of me and after I graduated from college and started working, I want them to live a stress-free life.
His involvement at West Point, the Korean War and his service during WW2 were major events that made MacArthur so popular and powerful. He also had many influences throughout his life that helped him become the exceptional General he was. MacArthur’s impressive
In high school I was in the future educators association. As well as the class that was involved in the group. We went to schools in our area and helped the teachers and helped us decide if teaching was right for us. This meant that we had to make lesson plans, keep peace and order in classroom, as assist students when help was needed. This was a very pleasant and unforgettable experience for me and my fellow classmates.
During the interview it was brought to my attention she was a former teacher at Pickett Elementary. Pickett Elementary is a turnaround school that does inclusive and mainstreaming and she was the diversity lead, which was very impressive. I was mostly surprised by Ms. Hudson when she stated that there have not been any obstacles during her years of teaching that hindered her from being effective. This too was an inspiration because in my opinion, teachers do need to remain open minded and know the main reason why they are teachers. Ms Hudson encouraged me to learn a lot about the children’s social development, their instructional needs, and their attitude towards learning.
And you’ll hear four more tomorrow, for sure. But that does not make them any less important, so make sure you listen. This speech, in particular, goes out to all of you underclassmen. I’m going to impart to you guys some of my wisdom, some of the things that I have learned over the course of my 18 years of living. And just so I can get an idea of how many of you are out there, go ahead and raise your hands.
I will create this environment through an engaging curriculum, personable interaction, topic orientated discussions, and group work. Since my license will include an endorsement in Special Education my classroom management will include a focus on flexibility defined as the ability to respond to the moods, emotions and the capabilities of my students on any given day. Meeting the needs of my students, based on their individual need, will be a crucial part of my classroom management structure. I will accomplishment this by promoting self-management and self-efficacy in my students to the best of their abilities. Creating a predictable, consistent, and success-oriented environment will promote self-management in my students by creating, basic, daily routines with limited changes (Savage & Savage, 2010).
Because I have good mental health, I am able to enjoy school my life and the great people I have in it. I can also pay attention and learn things quickly and be creative. Having good mental health helps me stay focused and accomplish my goals in life. It is not only needed during high school but the duration of life. If I didn’t have such good mental health I wouldn’t be able to get over the hurt of losing a loved one, learn how to walk away from peer pressure or even forgive people.
Being selected as a candidate to be part of the National Honors Society is already an accomplishment itself. This organization recognizes many potential in students and the need to help the community. I think I deserve the chance to be apart of NHS because I have worked hard to be able to be meet the requirements and be recognized to be part of this organization. NHS expresses traits of integrity, cooperation, concern for others, industry, and responsibility. All of these traits represent me very well.
