Portrait of an ISTJ When I took the personality test, Myers-Briggs Test, my results was the portrait of an ISTJ (Introverted Sensing Thinking Judging). The ISTJ personality was very accurate and was very close to my personality and my way of thinking. I am quiet and reserved to the people I’m not really close with, but I am down-to-earth and easy to talk to. According to the personality sheet ISTJ, I have a strong-felt internal sense of duty and that fuels my motivation to complete tasks. This is completely true about me, for example, I want to do well in school, so I could go to a good college and get a nice job, I want to be successful for my parents, I want them to be proud of me and after I graduated from college and started working, I want them to live a stress-free life. Also in the personality sheet about ISTJ, it states that ISTJ’s stick to their traditions, this is somewhat true about me, like when two people lived together and they are not in a marital relationship that just looks very wrong to me. More information about ISTJ’s that is very alike to my way of thinking is that when it comes to breaking the laws, we, the ISTJ’s, are not the main participant in this category and I always follow the rules, instructions and procedures. An example for this is that when we have to be creative about some project, I’d rather follow the way the old projects were made than having to think of my own concept. This results of me not developing my “creative side” and rather being a traditional person, who does “by the book”. Regarding to the elements of the ISTJ’s, on the personality sheet it indicated that they are not naturally in-tune with other people’s feelings, this kind of character trait is very comparable to mine. I am not that affectionate to anyone and sometimes I do get annoy when people cry over small things. I am rarely affectionate,
