Saving time will help increase end products and thus more profits. 2. Developing a database where the supplier and the producer are closely monitored. Units produced dictates to units to be supplied. 3. A simpler model of the supply chain should be developed and processes which are liabilities to pro-fishing boats removed. VSM has helped reveal this by developing a simple model where all processes in the supply chain are easily monitored and seen. It helps evaluate the net worth of each process. Thus redundant processes are eliminated and thus saving costs. The production elements are well monitored.
