The collection of DNA at time of arrest exists in 25 states, but the United States should adopt this rule in unison because it is cost effective, saves lives and conserves valuable time in the judicial system. There are some challenges that are faced while trying to adopt the use of DNA in criminal investigations. Some of these challenges include the Fourth Amendment, the use of a master database and the backlog of unprocessed samples. Although there are negatives that can be found in the introduction of these changes, it does not justify a rejection of those changes without an analysis of the positive effects that they may have. These delays may
A simple solution to this deadly problem is to enforce stricter laws or even banning texting and driving to save thousands of lives each year. One idea of a new law in New York called Evans law would allow cops to treat texting and driving like drinking and driving. This would be called the textalyzer
One of these methods is congestion charges, London adopted this method meaning any vehicle owner who wants to drive into the CBD must pay a charge to do so, this has been successful and since 2003, there has been a 15% reduction in traffic and emissions in the congestion zone. To further the reduction of traffic in London, it also introduced pedestrianized zones at certain times, and permanently pedestrianized zones, this does reduce pollution as there is less cars, however, shops may receive fewer customers as people can only get to them on foot. Another scheme is public transport improvements, although these are often criticised as being expensive, they are evidently very effective; Manchester’s metro link cost over £1 billion ,however it did succeed in taking 2.6 million cars of the road. Other examples of improvement include, improved bus services, park and ride schemes and tram networks, all of which reduce pollution by having less cars on the road. Mexico City took these schemes to the next level by banning drivers from using their cars one weekday per week, based on their number plate, massively reducing the amount of cars.
3. Now, write at least one paragraph (5 sentences or more) which explains why you thought this would make a great bumper sticker or billboard, and how it summarizes the information you learned in Module Five. This would be a great bumper sticker because driving too fast is risky, and if someone is driving on your bumper it can be bad for others if something happened in front of you. This would also inform drivers that they are way too close to the other drive and risk the safety of those around them. It also might let them know that if they are in an aggressive mood, then they should calm down or pull over at an appropriate stop and take a moment to calm down and get their head cleared.

Unfortunately, I have to walk and don't have a cell phone. The walk from my house to school is a ten to fifteen minute walk. Persuasive Essay Janelle Logemann College Writing Period 7 1-23-12 The United States Department of Transportation estimates that two thirds of fatalities are at least partially caused by aggressive driving. The speed limits should not be changed on the highways and interstates because the faster people are allowed to drive, the more reckless they may become. The AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety reviewed insurance claims, police reports, and newspapers from 16 cities revealing 10,037 incidents of aggressive driving between 1990 and 1996, resulting in 218 deaths and more than 12,610 injures. In Illinois approximately 32 percent of all fatal crashes are speed-related. As the number of vehicles operating at higher speeds on 65 mph interstates is increased it results in a chance of collisions due to increased speed variance and greater risk of fatality resulting from higher crash impact speeds.
Free will or the ability to make rational choice is a big part of this bill. Punishment is another principle that is covered in this bill. The principle of punishment is to deter others who might fallow suet and choose to violate the laws. Alongside of punishment there is the knowledge of right and wrong, an inherent trait. Society will benefit from this bill keeping the offenders out of the public area and locked up.
The administrators should make a fair and balanced punishment. Taking away your driver's license from you doesn't prevent you from ditching school. It would make you want to ditch more, because your mode of transport would be taken away. Teens should learn from their mistakes and correct them. The truancy policy in many states is different.

There have been many tries to help the safety issue, for example, Abramson (2014) said they have tried to have carriers to accept the 68 m.p.h. speed limit, some companies have accepted this speed limit for the pure fact that it will save money because of the improved fuel economy. Safety has to be everyone's number one priority and by cleaning up your safety problems can only better your company and you as a driver. My number two reason is that there are not enough licensed drivers out there and that could be another reason why motor carriers slipping farther down.
They would have more years of practice, be street smart and even be more prepared for driving later on in life in case of an emergancy where the adult is not able to drive. They could also learn to be more independent and be less likely to misuse their driving privilege. Also, Drunk drivers are the main reasons for car accidents. If you want to save innocent souls, make the punishment for DUI higher. Experience is what makes a driver good, not the age they get their permit or license.
