This was quoted by the famous Civil Rights Activist Minster to be exact Malcom X, which basically states that no one is perfect, however if you are not critique, or tested on your performances, you will likely have no success. In order to gain success one has to go through a process to become stronger, to improve on weak areas, to become a better individual and to improve on strengths, which helps one maintain a higher level of productivity. I know my strengths and weaknesses, but I was introduced to the brief strengths, the personality, active listening skill and emotional intelligence quizzes, which taught me a few things I didn’t know about myself and helped me to identify more of my goals. The assessments made me cognizant of other skills I had, such as leadership, forgiveness, religiousness and discretion, which highlighted the best parts of my personality. After completing the active listening skills I was more aware that I am a very patient individual, which I was always told by my past manager. Before attempting all of the assessment, I already had in mind the type of person I am. I knew and I was told that I was funny, outgoing, always helpful, kindhearted, brave and creative. Overall, I knew I had a good image in society. Nonetheless, I was tested and was not only told what I mentioned above, but was also told I was extroverted, intuitive, feeling and perceiving, which abbreviates ENFP. I thought I had a weak emotional intelligence, unfortunately, I was told that I had an average emotional intelligence scoring 65, which was interesting.
