If a person struggles day in and day out would you consider them stressed out? Daily hassles (Ch. 9) are situations people go through on their everyday lives. One of the biggest I have as an individual is the ability to turn in my homework on time. In fact it’s being able to do anything on time. This problem is procrastination. I believe I procrastinate with these daily life experiences (Ch. 4) because I know I can put things off and get to them back in the future. I especially do this when it comes to doing my homework. I also feel as though it is the most effective time for me to preform greatly. I think being pressured to finish on time helps me work harder and put all my effort into it rather than writing
