All you have to do is keep pestering them until finally they end up cracking. You can also emberass them by thanking videos of them doing privet stuff like when there asleep and putting it up on the internet. They will eventually lose all trust in you and will feel discomfor not knowing when you will strike next. That will be a good thing though because they will eventially leave. There will be no harm in that besides embarsment and it wont put you behinde bars.
It teaches that that we have to respect people that have authority over us. Although, I don’t think a lot of things were right that happened in the book. Yeah, you should respect people that have authority over you, but the people that do shouldn’t take power of that. No one should ever get beat up because they were listening to someone, or they shouldn’t get bullied cause of it either. The teachers also should have stepped in when they saw the fight happening and not just stood there.

For example, the most effective method would be, to respect the students and their feelings before they can respect you. Dr. Michaels stated that, “You will gain respect by knowing the emotional, physical, and psychological place of your students. “Show that you care.” This all leads back to students wanting to know that their teacher not only cares about their education but them as an individual. As an after school instructor, I have dealt with many cases where a students didn’t feel like they had to show me respect right off the bat. Which is something that I can understand, because children don’t really comprehend the importance of respect or manners, its something that has to be taught to them.
I feel broken down. But all you have to do when people try to break you down is stare them down and hold your ground. Be you nobody else. If you’re having trouble just relax and be yourself because as an imposter people will just hold you down without a doubt. Before it’s too late turn your life around and be yourself so you won’t be known as a clown.
I also believe that taking things away from them is a great way of showing them that they must do what they are told. It works better then spanking them half of the time. They do not want their favorite toy or game console taken away because they would be lost without it. Would you want to be hit for everything you did wrong? Most students fear flunking only because they’re afraid of what friends, peers and society will say or think about them; this is all wrong, the real fear should be failing and not being
Some say fear is good because it means you still have something to lose. In existance, everyone gains something in this life. One's self grows very much attachted to this thing and maybe more. One who has nothing, has no reason to live, they are fearless. The concept of a person losing something they are attatched to would make them inclined to not wanting to lose it.
The program gives you challenges and opportunities to become a better citizen. The instructors are not like teachers, they put in an effort for you to actually try and build up. You do leadership tasks; you help younger teens, participate in things that other teens don't get to participate in. The class isn't boring, you’re always learning about new things, we do weekly current events, and uniform wear. Wearing uniform teaches us responsibility; we have to make sure that our uniform is in order, and has everything on correctly.
I usually make it my first priority whenever I move somewhere new. However I do not think that I disregard the feelings and interests of other people, at least I hope I don’t. As a teacher, mentor, personal tutor and pastoral provider I genuinely care for my students and look out for their interests and well being. Possibly I am deluding myself and have developed a cognitive dissonance in this regards. After reflecting on this I did speak with my principal to touch base for feedback on this issue because it troubled me.
