Paul Taylor dancers are very fit, they would rehearse three times a day. The dancers would not only rehearse three times a day but would have to take the stairs to the third floor of the Paul Taylor’s Company to rehearse. Dancers know the amount of competition they have, so they dance their best every single time not showing any pain. In romantic couple dance routines the dancers would fall in love for the six minutes that they are dancing. The dancers and Paul Taylor shared performance feelings and the complication of the dance moves. Paul Taylor and the dancers are scared of not performing perfectly on stage. The dancers felt liberated when being able to discuss these feelings with Paul Taylor. The dancers are being constantly tested of their devotion to Paul Taylor. Dancers will give there very best to avoid being kick from Paul Taylor’s company. I think Paul Taylor doesn’t hesitate to fire certain dancers to have the remaining dancers on their toes and for the company to advance. Paul Taylor is a dance maker. He was raised in a foster home. Paul Taylors parent’s separated when he was young and his foster mother raised him. Paul Taylor is known for being harsh for this reason. People that know Paul Taylor know he could act sweet at times but know that he is bound to return to his insensitive ways. Paul Taylor gives credit to the company executive for managing his company. Paul Taylor would not be successful if it wasn’t for his great executive. Paul Taylor has a closer relationship with his generation of dancers.
