It would be great if employees can fit both now and future. New workers should have variety skills and knowledge to use in different situations. I believe that those values lead me to pursue my goals. I hope one day, in the near future I would be able to pay my parents back for helping me out when I needed them the most. Informal values are so important in life that they help you define social groups. For example; I found somebody with the same values as mine and married him because I believe we both have the same dreams in seeking to reach the same type of goals. Now, I apply those values to my life and even more so as a mother and wife.
Being an RA/CA will help improve me being much more responsible with a job. Whenever I have a job I am responsible. But I feel as though I can never be more responsible. I take any job I have seriously. I hope to be a great asset to the school.
College At Last! Starting college later in life can be a rewarding experience. Going Back to college has given me a sence of achievement, Also has made me a better role model for my children, and also will bring better carrer opportunities within the near future. Going back to college has been a long term goal of mine and i'm very proud of my self for taking the initiative to reach my goal. Though, i know that with me being a full time employee and parent, college will be a little more complicated.
My belief is to have a aim in life, and work towards it, whether it be a aim in life to work towards, whether it be higher qualifications to better my job prospects or working towards bettering my career path, each is a great belief for me to acheive as this will be beneficial to my children and improve my way of life. While my Values and Beliefs are important to me I appreciate that not everyone values the same qualities. While it has not been an issue in my current position I could say that I may have less empathy or patience for people who are more work shy or don't work to my standard. It is important that i dont allow my beliefs and values to place a strain on my relationships with both colleauges and service users. Working in the Health sector, you are most likely to come accross people with views you dont agree with and some people wont understand your point of view.
Similar to the ideal of our Nation, to increase education and accessibility to all, for our country is better when more people get degrees as our company is. To have any real sustainability as a company, education is a primary factor in the success, not just for the elite few, but also for the masses. This quality is admirable and this confidence is portrayed in one’s daily work ethics. Providing tuition reimbursement can ensure this quality is fine tuned and the company will reap the benefits. Self-esteem is a driving force for associates that understand their work can be a reflection of the person behind the work. The associate that has a second chance to enroll in college courses will receive that needed boost to rebuild the lost self-esteem. personally i like to help people i get a sense of satisfaction from it. Kinda makes me second guess myself is RT really for me at all do i have the traits to carry out that type of career. The pay sounds good to me i’m always aiming for more at the end of the day I think i have the ability to complete the educational requirements, as well as the entry ones as well the only problem is i wonder how much time i would have to dedicate to working towards this task. Also if i have the actual focus to make it towards the goal, i mean im great with people and very understanding. I can be efficient as far as work and move in a timely manner.
