Working harder produces immediate results however learning to work smarter produces the more sustainable improvement in output into in future. Working smarter requires time to study the process, understand problems, and implement changes. Being a hard worker is a great quality, but working hard shouldn’t take a toll on the enjoyment you get out of life. Working smarter is based on getting what we need to get done without harming our own mental wellbeing, health, or relationships. Working too hard can lead to stress, and to our body and mind breaking down. The result is that you can’t get caught up, even when you’re putting in extra hours. You drag yourself down further until there’s nothing left to give. For example, “I want to make more money” this can mean many things and can be difficult to implement. But a specific goal like “I want to start my own catering company that sells nicely designed cakes” is something we can actually do. 3) What the concept of “different stroke for different folks”? 'Different strokes for different folks' means that most people have their own ways and you shouldn't judge the ways of others just because they're not the same as yours.
