I feel that social networking give people permission to stalk others. There have been multiple occurrences that people have “liked” pictures that I have posted… four years ago! This lets me know that they are creeping through my profile and that just freaks me out! Sure, one solution would be to delete my account, but I keep it because it is the most convenient way to communicate with my relatives. I was hesitant to get it because I feel that whenever I did set up a social networking account a new networking site was created making the old one obsolete.
King Tut was king of Egypt for approximately four years so why do people consider him so important? Well it has always been scientist's interest in why this king died so young until 1922 when Howard Carter and Lord Carnarvon were exploring the ancient tombs of Egypt they discovered the tomb of King Tutankhamen (Tut). They discovered a funerary temple thought to be built by Tutankhamen; he died before he finished building it so his sons finished it. His tomb is buried a mile away from the funerary temple. The Valley of Kings is believed to be where many of King Tut's family was buried.

Peggy McIntosh believes she has found the root cause for the current stagnation in the fight against racism, and sites occasions in her life where racism is especially prevalent. After having read Peggy McIntosh’s article, “White Privilege: Unpacking the Invisible Knapsack,” I have found that racism is a widely ignored topic in the United States. It seems as though no one wants to accept that there is a problem. The purpose of McIntosh’s article is to make the public aware that racism is still a current issue in today’s society that needs to be changed.
