You know, choosing a career is not a simple thing and it demands careful consideration because of the great importance of your choice. The greatest part of your life is spent at work. And to enjoy your future profession you should think careful about whom you are and what you like to do. It’s quite natural that before you take the final decision on what you want to do in future you must consider the possibilities you have and your fitness for this or that job. Some children follow in parents’ footsteps. Other children choose their future professions under the influence of their peers or relatives, whose advice they find helpful and valuable. Before that I had asked myself a lot of times what I wanted to do when I left school. To tell the truth it was very difficult for me to concentrate on my strengths and weaknesses. One day I wanted to be an economist the other day I changed my mind and thought that it would be better for me to be a lawyer. I have already done career assessment test to find out my strengths in different fields. There is no doubt that learning foreign languages is very important nowadays and I have a passion for it. So, I decided to go to the linguistic university to get bachelors degree. And after it I will be ready to choose profession that will be the best for me and get masters degree in it. I’m afraid that I will regret about wrong decision in future. I don’t know anything about salary, whether it would be competitive or not, I don’t know anything about employment prospects. That’s why I try not to make it so quickly . At our age it too early to understand thoroughly your calling.
