I can't see any room for improvement for the tone of the memo as it is in a formal tone already and would be business appropriate. The writing style of the memo is somewhat informal and relaxed. Some suggestions for the writing style would be to write it in a more formal tone so that it could be distributed among the other employees of the company and the managers that will be involved in the training. My reaction to the memo was that it was well written and informative, but could have been written in a more formal tone to be able to be distributed to everyone who would be involved in the training. I think that a memo such as this could be very helpful in distributing information about training to employees within a company and to inform them of the upcoming training and upgrades.
