It helps anyone who wants to build muscle endurance, increase lean body mass, boost strength, and increase anaerobic performance. Creatine helps your cells retain water, which is good for performance. This can, however, give you a higher body weight; this is why fighters and other weight-class athletes may need to cycle off creatine from time to time. Creatine is safe for teenagers and it's also effective. Research suggests that creatine improves strength and performance in teenagers who were already in shape and highly-trained for their sport.
So, in order to maintain lifelong wellness, we have to maintain all of these dimensions of health. Physical health is the ability to perform the normal activities of daily living (Hales 4). For example, my daily walking is a form of physical fitness that will create better physical health; this helps build up my muscles and allows my blood to run smooth through my body. Also, walking creates weight loss that will improve my overall health. People with good physical health will have a lower chance of getting sick because the physical health in their body will help build up the immune system to help protect them from sickness.
Also the ability of the body healing itself without medicine is improved. Health If you lead a healthy lifestyle it can have a massive affect on your health. If you’re doing what’s needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle such as doing daily activites, eating healthier foods and drinking lots of water it can have a very positive affect on your whole body. Doing daily activites can benefit your health by strengthening your bones. If you go on running activites this can and has been proven to fight against the aging process and prevents muscle and bone loss that normally occur with age.
It's also fun, and according to NutriStrategy, burns a lot of calories - significantly more than brisk walking.” (Bigelow) You’d be forgiven for wondering but stair climbing can have a significant and positive impact on an individual’s health over time. Unlike walking, which humans have evolved to do while burning minimal amounts of energy, stair climbing is classed as a ‘vigorous’ physical activity and burns more calories per minute than jogging. The benefits of regular physical activity are well documented and include: • Improved cardiovascular fitness • A stronger musculoskeletal system •
Another benefit was that her skinfold according to the ATHLETIC normative data was good, which means for an active and athletic person, she is doing well so far at the moment, which shows a sign that she is fit. Her BMI reading put her in the healthy range, which means she is of a good weight and has a healthy balance of her food consumption. Weaknesses The drawbacks with her health results were that her peak flow reading was just on average. This can be considered a drawback as she was just directly on the average mark, so she could’ve had a lower
Not exercising can cause more serious issues then you think. Not only will you gain weight over time, but you have greater risk of diabetes, heart disease, and some types of cancer. For those who do exercise, they get the benefits that all could get. The benefits are the decreased blood pressure, live a longer life, have a better mood, less risk to obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and certain cancers. The reason why those who exercise live, because they are not getting fat over time as someone would be by just sitting at the couch all day.
When performing low impact sports throughout life you are causing many different effects on the skeletal and muscular system, some positive and some negative. On the skeletal system when performing low impact physical activity you are helping to improve the density of your bones therefor making them stronger and healthier, doing this will help prevent the common bone disease osteoporosis. Osteoporosis leads to an increase risk of fractures on the bones and can also be found in all ages but is commonly associated with the older generation. Secondly doing low impact sports can improve the health and mobility of joints; meanings that they are able to obtain more weight with our as much strain placed on them helping to eliminate the risk of osteoporosis. Low impact sports will also help you improve the impact on your muscular system when taking part in physical activity, and example of this would be that it helps to improve the stability of your joints, therefor because of the regularity of doing the particular physical activity you will be strengthening the surrounding muscles.
Exercise can significantly increase Muscle strength and as well as the fast twitch fiber, which improve the speed of response and quality of muscle activity, and help prevent injuries and falls. Bone mass loss begins around the age of 35-40 which increase the probability that the older person will break their legs or arms from falling. Recent study strongly support that exercise can prevent bone loss and bone density in older person with regular and long-term exercise and it also helps the treatment of osteoporosis. Therefore, stronger bone can be achieved through regular physical activities and lower the chance of fracture and injuries. (c ) Exercise increases the body's level of endorphins, chemicals in the brain that reduce pain and induce a sense of well-being.
P1/M1 Lifestyle factors and their effects on health Lifestyle factors that can affect health are physical activity, alcohol, smoking, stress and diet. Physical Activity Physical activity is any movement or activity that requires your body to work harder than it does while sitting, or resting. Physical activity can affect health in a good way. Benefits of physical activity are it lowers the risk of heart attacks because exercise makes the heart bigger and stronger meaning it doesn't have to work as hard which puts less stress on the body. It increases aerobic endurance which is good because it means exercise can be done for longer and the heart can be further strengthened.
