This has allowed me to share my training needs and my current skills, abilities and experiences. We also discussed accredited schemes which will help me provide the young people with accredited outcomes to their informal learning and be more inclusive with the work, consequently inspiring the young people to develop more. This supervision has been more of the ‘learning culture’ (Peter Hawkins and Robin Shohet 2007) than previous experiences in the Youth Service, similar to my full time employment which suits me, inspiring me to develop more. We meet at regular intervals yet I have his mobile number to discuss issues anytime. This made me feel valued and more of a member of the team, as I now receive regular updates about team meetings and planning.
The more they practice and the more teachers and parents instill this in their minds, the better they will become. Perfect practice, makes perfect. Most people would probably have trouble with trying to remember how they learned to read. I would have to say that I am a person who loves to read and I think that is it really an amazing thing. Also, I am someone who is involved in education and research and I think that it is amazing how learning to read is said to be a talent that it potentially impossible.
Keeping each week’s tasks and goals in mind probably improves my chances in being successful in life. Self-Assurance I rely on my drives to decide how to react appropriately to a situation, or an individual, or a crowd. Driven by my talents, I personally feel content too steady improvements I make as an individual throughout life. I have confidence in my talents and knowledge. Infrequently I trust myself enough to test my own endurance and swiftness.
By working as a team you can gain valuable knowledge from those who are more experienced than you, but it also allows you to suggest newer and fresher ways to approach learning. Each member or person has their own skill and expertise, communicating with them helps you to learn, build up your own knowledge and know your own responsibilities.By working as a team you will also learn to trust and respect your colleagues, build relationships and build your own confidence. Problems can be shared and solutions can be discussed or suggested. You can learn new skills, take better responsibility of your own role and achieve your end goal more effectively. Teamwork sets a good example to others especially children and shows them they are surrounded by people who they can trust and respect.When adults are working effectively together and are working as part of a team, the children will see them as role models and will follow, copy and mimic what they see, To a parent this shows that the school are setting a good
Learning new skills and refreshing training enables me to progress, and achieve within my career and working practices. Continually improving knowledge and practice can be named as professional development which is an essential component of organisational success. Professional development enables an organisation to keep up to date and to change proactively so that their service is relevant and appropriate. Planned development is listened to achieve specific outcomes that may be either focused on the needs of an individual and may contribute to the learning needs of an organisation. This implies that it is an on-going activity and needs to be thought about as something that is incremental with different elements contributing to a large whole.
I listened in on what one of the rooms as she was rounding. She did a great job of asking all the questions correctly, but I told her she can always stay a little longer and converse with patient so it does not seem like she is coming in just to check in. I then asked her multiple questions about being a and how we can improve anything. She mentioned that making at least two rounds was not a difficult task and that she has always gotten in both rounds. Everything else she mentioned was positive and she appreciated the friendly staff.
I will speak to more experienced people regarding this, and take proper advise and guidance. I will agree and develop a learning plan to improve own work performance, that meets own needs, and follow a learning plan for improvement to my own work. I will also review progress against learning plan and make updates for improving own work and further learning. 1.4 Explain the purpose and benefits of trying out possible improvements to your own work. Every task has to be performed and every work has to be done with the best method and the most appropriate method in hand.
Being able to confide was not only relieving, but there was also a sense of comfort for the future in it. It also allowed me to learn from the past in ways that I might otherwise not have. To reread past entries and see how much I’ve grown since then, gave me such a feeling of accomplishment that I never want to stop writing. I still continue to write in a journal every day, and don’t plan to give it up anytime soon. I believe that writing has helped me in numerous ways, and I would recommend it to anyone who needs to release some stress.
My expectations were met: the information given us during lectures and practice on seminars in teamwork was very fruitful and informative. I became aspired by this subject, and I wanted to know more about it. The process of learning was performed in such way, that students were willing to interact and learn with fun. From the beginning it was anxious, it was not clear what was expected from me, the assessments seemed to be impossible to do. But with every lesson the level of confidence with subject was rising.
In this era of technology, information and its source has become vital in this twenty-first century, One cannot achieve the study target without practicing special information literacy skills. In other words information literacy skills empower the students with the critical skills which will help them to become independent lifelong information literates. Information literacy forms the basis for lifelong learning. It is common to all disciplines, to all learning environments, and to all levels of education. It enables learners to master content and extend their investigations, become more self-directed, and assume greater control over their own learning.
