Every Individual is different by nature and has varied strengths and weaknesses. Success lies in tapping each individual’s strengths and overcoming their weaknesses. As a Team, we all have to make sure to utilize each others strong personality traits and help each other to overcome and strengthen the weak points. It is easier to arrive at a solution, once you know the problem.
Task 3: From looking at the key influences on my personal learning and development, I identified and explained how and why six key influences affect my learning. These key influences were: time, friends, aspirations, employment, lifestyle and motivation. My personal learning and development may help to benefit others, such as service users, peer group, friends and family for a number of reasons, whether it benefits the groups in the present or future. My peer group could benefit from my personal learning process because I would be able to provide feedback from my experiences and any new skills or information I had gained I would be able to give guidance and pass on to my peers. Service Users would be able to benefit from my learning process because any mistakes I made I would be able to learn from them for the future.
This applies not only to my individual projects, but to my efforts within group exercises. I seek to do the best possible job in all of my undertakings. When I do well, it makes me feel good about myself. I am not always expecting awards or recognition for the things I do, but receiving these things is always a positive. After answering the questions contained in the questionnaire, I see a definite pattern to how I work when it comes to group projects.

The theory states that people feel that their job or profession is fulfilling if there is a match between some important features of their work and their personality (Holland 2002). I believe I will be successful because I will love what I do. Despite my past or anything in between I know I will be a person that helps others. Even if it’s just a little piece of the puzzle I provide I will have helped in some way give a family the closure they will need when they are in need of comfort.
I try to think of all the good things in my life to keep myself in a positive state of mind. •Do you agree or disagree with the result? I would have to say that I agree with the results. I do see myself as a happy person. I am also very optimistic; whenever I'm faced with a difficult situation I always see the good and try not to focus on the negative.
I began to love me and know that I am wonderful being who I am and most of all being real with myself. My experience has taught me that becoming an effective counselor; you will make some decisions that are good and not so good all in the desire to help others. At this stage of my career and with the help of my educational journey I have learned and still learning to first nurture myself and use techniques along with tools to met the participants where he or she is at. Most of all it is essential to institute a cooperative relationship and to create and sustain consistent but flexible
So in this case a person might work very hard to develop strategies to be successful in spite of these challenges. Learning is very important in our life and rewards us in numerous of different ways and it is the key in our future. Only a individual can learnt and can be educate to understand how important is to learning new skills. On the other hand if you are a educated person you could also support people around you to encourage them to get education like you. I am going to look at a certain group to create an appropriate evaluation.
My experiences will contribute to the Educational Opportunity Program because they show the positive attitude that I have maintained amidst constant struggles. It serves as a motivation to others because not only do I set goals for myself, but also encourage and motivate my peers to accomplish their own. I would be an asset to this program and contribute to its overall richness because just like myself there are others who face adversity and I would like to be a voice for those who don’t see potential in themselves to know that it is possible. College prepares and shapes us for our future. One of the biggest ways is through what they teach us while we are there, however a college’s campus also shapes us for or future. The best way a college’s campus does that is through diversity. There are several advantages to a diverse campus such as Longwood’s. A diverse campus adds to the college experience, prepares us for life after college, and makes us more sociable people.
