Diversity within an organisation is very important and should be highly valued as all staff should feel comfortable being themselves at work. In society there is a range of diverse people and cultures, it is important to value these differences in the workplace. It is important to treat others how you wish to be treated, and you should treat everybody as an individual and get to know their personal needs, analysing the best approach to help and offer support.
