In what way do the mainstream media, particularly in England, misrepresent the true value and worth of the Barclay’s Premier League and how does this affect the valuations of the entire league, from player values all the way to television deals? Some suggest however that this is mainly due to the way the media spoon-feed the public this information. Or mis-information. In recent years the value of this league has gone from strength to strength, with absurd fees being paid for players, both in wages and in transfer fees. How do the media affect the valuations of the television deals that are being improved all the time. This is a topic that should be looked into because of the immense impact it has had on the sporting world within the past 20 years.
