IF YOU COULD MEET A FAMOUS ENTERTAINER OR ATHLETE, WHO WOULD THAT BE AND WHY? USE SPECIFIC REASONS AND EXAMPLES TO SUPPORT YOUR CHOICE There are so many famous people who had achieved great things in their lives. It would be nice if we could meet as many as possible. Meeting them would allow us to hear their stories and to find out what it takes to get to where they are now. However, if I have to choose one person, it would have to be a tennis player Novak Djokovic, from Serbia, my home country. The most important reason why I had chosen Novak is because of everything he has achieved at such a young age. Growing up in Serbia during the 1990s was not easy, especially if you wanted to play any kind of sport since the government did not have money to invest in it. In fact, it was Novak’s family who had invested their own money to provide him with all the requirements he needed. While still in elementary school, instead of staying in schoolyard to play with other kids, he was running back home to get ready for trainings. Rain, snow or holidays – nothing could have stopped him from hitting balls with his coach. Having tournaments every week in different countries and quite often on different continents, makes me wonder how he is dealing with the fact that he, basically, lives in hotels and planes. Does he ever feel homesick, or is it that he just does not have time to think about it? On the other hand, being a professional tennis player has its advantages. Having tournaments in different countries gives him the opportunity to visit so many beautiful places and meet different cultures. Winning trophies on the most prestige tournaments and being number one in the world, while one of the greatest players in history of this sport
