English Short story We finally stopped, our bus trip felt longer then the last time, the fans and crowed were already chanting our Real Madrid spirit "hala Madrid, hala Madrid" it was well timed and the intensity in the chant gave me the chills, earlier than usual. I had a lot of pressure on me, being the team captain, I could tell everyone was nervous and was depending on me to lead them to greatness, the victorious Cristiano Ronaldo, the most unbelievable soccer player of his generation, especially because it was our final game in the De la Liga. Even more more burden to bare with, seeing as we were playing against our rivalry team, Barcelona, with the great player Messi, the legendary striker. As we made our way to the change room, turing left and right through all the hall ways that looked exactly the same, i put my self into my idols shoes, the breath taking Zinedine Zidane, better known as Zizou, the honour, pride and fear he must have felt when he walked these exact same corridors as he brought a whole new meaning to the word legend. To finally arrive to the smell of fresh kits and the lurking stench of Powerade had relaxed me as it felt like home. Im trying to do my shoe laces as slowly as possible, making sure my boots are perfectly tied on, treating them with excessive amounts of care, thinking that the better i treat them the more chance they have at scoring a goal in the most important game of my career, my life. I've been playing soccer since I've been a boy, following my dads legacy, always remembering the last words he said to me before he left "you came to the world to live out loud son". I never quite understood the del meaning of it, everyone must interpret words like that in different ways, i never really thought about it till now, maybe this is my time to life out loud, make an even greater mark on history, follow in the footsteps of my
