If the evaluation questions are narrow, very focused and specific, the target audience will certainly be you and your staff. The effectiveness and efficiency of the programs is the main problem that the Green-by Community Mental Health Center will have not being able to get the required information that it will need. The Green-by Community Mental Health Center faces several others problems that is associated with not having the number of staff along with not having being able to deliver the required services especially to those who has mental illnesses. In the consultation and education center professionalism is being used by producing positive results and by working effectively. Challenge comes with change. The data strategy for the Green-by Community Mental Health Center will be used to measure and manage performance, since all of the programs are aligned with a mission and vision of all the programs. The agency programs can determine the expectations of the organization. By operating plans, monitoring how they are affecting the organization, regardless of the negative and positive specifications, the more the Green-by Community Mental Health Center improve the effectiveness, the greater the number of people that will be served. In order to monitor progress throughout the organization, data collection process is important to collect regarding decisions. This is an effective process that will require continual adjustment and monitoring. The most important tools for effectively managing is indicating strategies for treatments programs of what is best for client services. The director’s part is having a thorough evaluation such as upgraded programs, and programs that will be implemented accordingly with specifications. An evaluation that can be helpful regarding the Consultation, and Education Department director’s situation, are the basics principles of an evaluation design. An evaluation presents new ideas for solving problems and identifies constraints that need to be considered. An evaluation defines what they need to know as well as when.
