My family and I have recently had a holiday (using your company), and we were not satisfied with the standards of your employees. First of all, we took the plane down to Italy, and then drove to the hotel. It was there when we found out that the car park was 1 mile away from the hotel, so it was a mile long walk to the hotel, and then another to the town (when it clearly stated in the brochure that the car park was underneath the hotel and only 10 minutes to the town. Secondly, after we were given our keys, we arrived in our room to discover that another family was already in our room. We had been double booked. As annoyed as I was, I reluctantly agreed to the assistant for us getting a family room on the other side of the building.
