The largest incentive to work is to make money therefore earning a living. When it comes to basic human needs e.g., food, shelter, clothes, and transportation are paramount. However, there are other benefits to working which are non-monetary. When starting a new job, a new employee will learn of all the non-monetary benefits that the company has to offer.
By observing productive and non-productive time a manager can reasses staffing on an hourly, weekly, quarterly, or annual basis, minimizing cost for the facility. With careful management projections can be made for the upcoming years budget. The mananger has a constant struggle to maintain adequate staffing without exceeding his/her staffing budget. (Davis, 2008) The goal should be more creativity and productivity from each employee, and less non-productivity, which amounts to paying employee for time when they are utilizing their time properly. The decision to recruit is usually made by a manager, when an opportunity/vacancy arise the manger decides whether recruitment is needed, they consider whether the job role will be contingent or not, whether the employee is needed full time or part time. Another factor that must be taken into consideration is the future implications of hiring, such as costs and liabilities. A manager can recruit in two different ways, Internal or external recruitment.
One of the biggest issues would be incentives and commissions. Sales representatives would lose some of their commission if they were to take in Company A’s leads whereas Company B, being the originator of the leads, would have a potential for higher commissions. This may cause sales personnel to steal leads from Company A and convert them to Company B leads. This activity would also have to be closely monitored. As for the customer service representatives, they do not get any incentives because they are paid on salary and do the same work as the sales department.
The business "passes through" it's earnings or losses to its partners. All partners pay their prospective share of taxes individually. Partnerships longevity can be short due to the limited availability to funding. Additional funding to a partnership comes from the personal assets of each partner. When partners can't get along and suffer from disagreements the business suffers.
First you can look at expansion into other markets. A company will only expand if the move will help make them more money overall. Now look at employment, companies only hire people as needed. When they are in season and the work output is needed, people will be hired. If they are out of season and output is down, less help is needed so layoffs will occur.
Organizing is the foundation for thriving businesses. For any potential successful business, competition provides employers with the necessary tools to become a better business to better serve its customers. The members pay top dollar to be apart of our business. So, our costumer service is what determines the perseverance of our business. Therefore, a big part of business is accepting all people who are willing to pay for our services.

However, many people believe that an increase in minimum wage would jeopardize the workforce. If minimum wage was increased, then unskilled workers would not have any incentive to “go above and beyond” to get higher pay. This would lead to employers thinking the payment the employee is receiving is not worth the work they are doing. Also, some employers may not do an “across the board” increase, which means employees who have been with the company longer may be making the same amount as new hires. Therefore, this may cause disputes between employers and employees.
On the other hand, American feel that immigrants are taking their jobs from them, which in reality they are. Companies always gives the jobs to the person that is most fix for the position and is really willing to do the job with no complaints. That is where immigrants would get the job, and when they do they help the economy by buying things they need, which that makes more jobs.
