The services offered at this location are plastic card printing, document printing, lettered mailing and statements, as well as customer service for our many clients served. There are two sides to this location, the production side and the administration side. I work in the Human Resources department which is located on the administration side. I have been a contract employee for this organization for about a year. I work as the HR assistant.
To me, his paper was organized well and his conclusion topped his paper off too. The part of his conclusion that stood out to me was stated “Citizenship came from people’s love for the country and the trust in our leaders to do what was right. We are faced with some of the most difficult challenges America has seen. We cannot overcome these challenges without citizenship and social responsibility” (4-5). I thought this statement that was written was well because the last sentence of the paper shows what he was trying to explain; citizenship saving
We are going down the road of socialism, and I personally feel it is partially due to our diversity in the country. This is going to be our country’s biggest challenge as me move further and our country becomes more diverse. What has America stood for? The land of the free, a place to come and make better for yourself; the idea of getting a job, working hard, and providing for your family; being able to get a good education and passing it on to the next generation; being able to do this without persecution. Early in this country growth the population was very diverse, but they all seemed to share some very common goals and principles.
Besides, I am also assigned an advisor and mentor to help me keep track with my classes. Clearly, being a diversity scholar is a really great opportunity for me. In my country, the government does not have a lot of diversity program and recognition. When I got the scholarship, I felt like my voice had been heard and finally I have a chance to show the world my culture. With this scholarship, I plan to use it to support my financial aid as I am a full time student at Western.
LIFE EXPERIENCES As I have experienced many things in my life, I am now more prepared to go through my degree program because of my personal desire to be successful. I have the full support of my immediate family that matters most to me. Although I am just beginning on my journey to a degree with Ashford University, the staff has been very helpful and supportive in helping find the right program and get started on the right track. My previous school experience in the traditional setting, as well as, online has prepared me to continue my higher learning education
Besides my father, who passed away when I was young, if I complete my degree I would be the only one in my family to have a college degree. Therefore, I know that if I complete my degree that would bring great pride to my family. I initially did not want to accumulate a large amount of student loans because I did not want to be in debt. I was determined to get my degree though, so part of the reason I joined the Air Force was to pay for my education. The Air Force has helped tremendously in
Veterans keep the story alive of the wars they fought in and teach the younger generations. I cannot imagine a world without veterans, the freedom lost, the patriotism missing from our hearts. Veterans have stood up for our country and helped us get some of the things we have now. They protected our nation, and without them our country may not have had a future. They kept us safe, sacrificing their lives to save ours.
I realized that my education; given that I was raised in a peaceful society, without threat of war, or starvation, or disease, should have served me much better. Every generation educates the next so that the latter can exceed the limits of their ancestors. But my generation of Americans is the first to show blatant evidence that we have been raised NOT to evolve, but to be lowered by a consumerist
From the very beginning my parents have taught me the difference between right from wrong, left from right, and black from white. Just like their parents, they have based their education on what they have taken from the world, and through evaluation, chosen what they feel is suitable for survival. In particular, my parents believe strongly that one important aspect of the government is to help the citizens of an economy as needed. As a result, I believe that certain government funding’s, such as unemployment, are essential to help the economy, as long as those accommodations are not taken advantage of. On the other hand, I am also able to take political views my parents have bestowed on me, and decide that I may not agree with them.
I was able to go beyond the wall of commodity and experience true friendships. Before the internship, I wasn’t sure of what I wanted to do after high school but as I started to begin to get comfortable at the internship, I realized that my true passion is kids so I want to be a social worker who deals with children. One who puts the child’s life before theirs and loves what they do. Because I was an intern at NCCF, I acquired many skills that I did not know I have as well as abilities and characteristics. I realized that I am extremely passionate about life and helping others.
