The mall itself is over 1.2 million square feet; it sits on 77 acres and contains 169 stores. There are four anchor stores, Sears, Nordstrom’s, Macy’s and JC Penny’s.
These physicians will be in the office space within six months and all are in the process of applying for privileges to the hospital. Trinity Community Hospital already possesses 20 operating rooms and 136 medical/surgical beds, which would allow for orthopedic surgeons to begin serving the community while the new center is constructed. The hospital also already has X-Ray, CT Scanners, and a MRI scanner. Nuclear medicine and ultrasound are also available on campus.
