Samurai: Sushi at Its Best For years I have been obsessed with sushi and sashimi. It is one of those delicacies that a person either loves it, or hates it. There is definitely something amazing about the different flavors that come with eating sushi and sashimi. Most people think of eating sushi as something that can be dangerous to your health, but the truth is that it isn’t. The oils and vitamins involved in eating raw fish is actually something that can help you with your digestive system and looks. For me, ever since I was a little kid, I have always looked for new places to try sushi. Anytime a new sushi place opens around me, I have to make it a point to go try the new place to see if it will live up to my expectations. In this paper I will be evaluating Samurai, a sushi and sashimi restaurant that opened recently in my city. The look of the restaurant, the accessibility, the quality of food, and the atmosphere are what I look at whenever I try a new sushi restaurant and those will be described in depth along with the pros and cons of each point. First off, as far as accessibility goes, Samurai is actually in a very good spot along one of the busiest areas in town. 45th St is the second most traveled street in Fargo and most of the major restaurants and shopping centers are within a two block radius of this restaurant. The good part about that is that there are enough entrances and exits to get into the parking lot. The actually amount of parking isn’t the greatest close to the restaurant, but this is also part of a strip mall so there are plenty of parking spots along the whole strip. Even though there may be a little bit more of a walk in order to get to Samurai, if the customers are enjoying the new sushi restaurant enough, they will be more than happy to make that walk to enjoy their favorite foods.
