Organizational Ethics ETH/316 Peter Fortuna 12/17/14 In this paper I will discuss the ethics of the organization I chose as well as how the ethical principles address the organizational issues, discuss how external social pressure influences organizational ethics, how these issues are relevant to personal and organizational decisions, as well as the relationship between the legal and ethical issues. In the last few years technology has become a big part of society, it only takes seconds of someone posting about a company online for thousands of people to see this information, whether it is bad or good. Due to social media having this big influence on people, organizations are under more pressure to consider what the social expectations will be when making a decision or even what information they put out. Social pressure has increased dramatically for businesses since it has become so much easier for information to spread.
