Like everyone else, I really don't want any one of my decisions to be wrong. But in reality mistakes are quite inevitable. When I realized that I committed a mistake, I would not dare ignoring it as things would only get worse. However, I usually don't doubt myself immediately. Another company in the same field, without any tattoo restrictions, may have the same problem, but spends less time in the conference room thinking of solutions, and more time out in the field taking action, thanks to different thinking processes. Along the same lines is diversity in the workplace. Wider range of ideas, views, and thinking processes. I, myself, have 12 tattoos, my
The training was on the use of the microscope for defect detection on products, machine calibration, environmental particle measurement and final inspection of finished products and shipping. However the trainer struggles with these trainings because it has been a long time this trainer has not undertaken such tasks as the trainers’ role has changed in the company. It gives me chance to show the people that would not think this is best for me that I can and I will make it. Through out my years in high school I show my best but I did not show my greatest.
