I’ve worked 30 + years in family centered services and family preservation and foster care. Have a good background in community and clinical social services. 9) Which organization do you find best assisting to the mental health counseling field Client oriented or professional oriented? For clients NAMI is a good one. For therapist the professional associations are great support. 10) What is it about this organization(s) that makes you think of it? NAMI has been around for a long time and has done to remove the stigma associated with mental illness. 11) What trends or growths have you seen in the public served in recent years? Stem cell research and brain research. The Medical Care ACT!
