Day At School

Typically, I wake up around seven o'clock and complete the average morning routine. Eat breakfast, brush my teeth, comb my hair and put on my school uniform. I leave my house around eight o'clock. This gives me the time to walk to my school and anything that could happen unexpectedly. I usually reach my school at 8:15 and walk upstairs to my locker. I organize all my belongings required for class and talk to some of my friends before I have to leave. We have four classes each semester that last eighty minutes. I prefer having the same subjects for half the year than having a different one every day. I can't imagine it being June and having to complete all my exams for all my different classes. Third period is cut into three different time frames for lunch. You could either have Lunch A, B or C. If you have Lunch A you go straight to the cafeteria after second period. If you have Lunch B you attend third period and half way through you run off to eat. If you have Lunch C you wait for third period to end and then you depart. I have had Lunch A and B before but I fancy Lunch B. It makes the period seem so much shorter, when it's not. In grade nine and ten we were allowed to choose two electives. I chose Business and Music in grade nine. I decided to take a Business course because this specific course focused on Microsoft programs. (Word, Excel, Database)I knew that if I understood how to properly use these tools I could use my knowledge and apply it for other subjects. Also, if I wanted to apply for a volunteer position or a job that requires extensive knowledge on computer programs, I could accomplish it. I wanted to take Music as another elective because since it was my first year at high school I wanted to try something different and new to me. Then, if I didn't like the experience I could move on and leave it at that. If I did enjoy the experience I could look into
