These selections were all romantic styles of music. The first performance was Six Epigraphes Antiques a piano duo. The pianist performances were one of great form and different scales. When the music started I immediately started thinking of a man and woman having a conversation. This conversation was represented in music, told a story of falling in love, being hurt, and one of making up.
Second Essay I went to the concert players name is “Palisades virtuosi”. The concert title name is “Music Born of Adversity.” There are three players. “The Commissioners” by Chamber Music America magazine, Palisades Virtuosi has established an enviable presence in the chamber music world since its inception eleven years ago. The concert was newest and interesting for me because trio is not normal group. I saw lots of piano with strings instruments such as violin, viola and cello.
The piano was present with consonant yet vivace notes. Although the piano over took the choir in certain parts but they gained their momentum back. By the end of the show I noticed the choir had put their all into the song. I felt a warm sense of energy. This choir had to me the most proper attire for the occasion; Apple Festival apparel.
Introductions partis played with piano and then with xylophone. It starts off with four bar just about right rhythm. The first part, which is chorus with 32-bar form (A1 and A2), starts off slowly with the entire band without making the song boring. Right after the band plays the first chorus and interlude. I like the xylophone part because it felt like it was one part of the song.

The exposition of Symphony No. 5 is a lively one, with those first notes played by the orchestra, to open up the listeners ears. The first few measures ensure the listener that the theme is what it is, and that throughout the song, slight, but also vast variances are heard. The first theme ranges from the beginning up to 55 seconds and then moves on into theme 2. Theme two starts at about 55 seconds and takes us off with a happy, major, melodic feeling that ends around 1:30.
Moonlight Sonata potray’s a lot of emotions that can be related to relaxing music or soulful music. I say this because this piece is the kind of music you’ll play in a room full of inpatient guest’s . A day whereas you have a bunch of plans and your so stressed that the only thing to catch your attention is Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata. The slow introduction suggests the need for desire to love. The following allegro suggests the strong feelings inspired by love. Around two minutes in there are a lot of crescendos and decrescendos, constantly rising in volume and becoming quite again. This section may suggest positives and negatives of falling in love.
