Renting is better than Owning a House Com/156 November 11, 2011 Axia College In society, everyone very much dreams of owning his or her own home, however; renting an apartment or house can be just as rewarding and beneficial to an individual. While some think that renting is just a waste of money, however, there are many advantages when it comes to renting an apartment rather than owning a home. One of the major advantages of renting is that as a renter, you are not responsible for repairs or any other maintenance, aside from things like mowing the lawn or perhaps changing the filters. This doesn’t mean that you’re not responsible for damages such as putting a hole in the wall or even burning something like the carpet by being careless when smoking a cigarette, or even some water damage that you, as the tenant may have caused. Therefore, it means that the renter is not responsible for repairing of some sort and things like the roof and air conditioner.
Students are able to do much more because they are home and not living on campus where there are a lot of rules. Commuting students have a considerable amount of freedom. It is a different type of freedom because living on campus students do not have to worry about their parents. A commuter can go back and forth and does not have to worry about the rules living on campus. So students living in dorms do not really have to worry about traveling back and forth to school, and they do not have a lot of time to themselves vs. a commuter but they both have a share of responsibility.

People no longer need to go out to shop for clothes or appliances when they can simply go online and buy whatever they want. This is not always a bad thing, but most people take it too far because they find it to be more convenient than going to the store. Even technology in cars makes people lazy.
In other industries where employees have desks or offices they tend to expect more privacy in that space given the fact that they do their work on their own little private space/area and nobody is out there to oversee that other than the coworkers. The only thing that an employee should worry about is the actions and words that are not welcome by the workplace policies. 2. In the office workplace there are typically two types of workspaces, an open area, in which there are several desks and where conversations can be overhead, or an enclosed office, in which—when the door is closed—conversations cannot be heard and where one would expect virtually total privacy. Explain whether it makes a difference if an employee is in an open area or in an enclosed

This makes it easier for people to get around quickly and saves time, so that it can be spent on more important things. Since there are no “main roads” in a little town, there won’t be as many cases where cars stop moving and people start to get angry. One who is on-the-go would enjoy this quick transportation, but it depends on the person, their job, and their lifestyle.
