If you are hosting or attending meetings with clients or employees from other companies, you should refrain from wearing casual attire, unless you know that meeting attendees will also dress in business casual attire. (i.e. golf or fishing event). Shirts and tops for both men and women should remain modest and should cover the chest, stomach, and shoulders. Polo shirts and knit tops are good choices Examples of acceptable casual attire include, but are not limited to: 1.
Appearance matters in the military. Some people tend to judge you on worth ethic and integrity based off of how you look so it is a must to stay clean, sharp, and keep your best foot forward to present the best overall image. If a general was to come through and need an escort to show him around the medical facility and the options were you with a tad bit of scruffy facial hair versus a nicely groomed well-shaved Airman the person of choice would hands down be the nicely groomed, well-shaved
He talks about appearances on what a person thinks about another also he mention examples how man and women dresses professional in offices they want to impress people. A man wearing a suit might be more professional than a person wearing flip flops, jeans or shorts at in office. What is stating in his point of view. People tend to judge others based on their beauty meaning that people judge others, but looks should not matter at all because we live in a world that no one is perfect and everyone should be treated equally also we should be comfortable in how we look instead of impressing others to appreciating us as individuals we are not instead of being someone we really are because some people might be something they are not when in reality they want impress to make the other person feel better. Now a day you get a lot of reactions or impressions for other people.
We wear jeans, and a uniform lime green t-shirt, and at my old position which was at the “Nordstrom” everyone wore suits and dressed in heels including myself. The choice of words aren’t so formal, since the girls have already known each other for a good amount of time they seem quite comfortable speaking to each other in any manner. They tend to use curse words, they do not mind calling each other “bitch, stupid”. Although, some might be less vulgar like Nancy and Linda compared to Ashley and

When males were at home, a fashion fad was Hawaiian shirts. These shirts were button down, so acceptable, but had strange, new, and excited tropical prints on them. They contrasted the everyday business suit, but very discreetly foreshadowed corruption. A mirroring corruption garment was the bikini. A daring two-piece that was considered too risqué for many women to wear.
In “Why you need Good Grammar” by Michael Kwan, the rhetor is trying to tell his audience that proper grammar is necessary in all scenarios, he states, “Professional business correspondence (including press releases) needs to be impeccable but you should also take a similar level of care to your blogging. Just because the book is called Booher’s rule of Business Grammar doesn’t mean that the rules only apply to the realm of business.” In this quote, Kwan amplifies the importance of good writing in and out of the workplace; he states that just because what you’re writing isn’t going to be presented for business matters, that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t take your time to present it with proper grammar. He constantly uses the words “Business” and “Professional” throughout his article to emphasize the importance of proper grammar in the work environment; he uses these words to persuade his reader that in order to be successful in your career you have to be a stickler for traditional grammar rules. Throughout the article he compares grammar mistakes to a small chip on a coffee mug, telling the audience that you might think that one little grammar mistake is not a big deal, but truly it can damage the image of your whole paper. In the cartoon in the Wall Street Journal, the rhetor is trying to tell his audience, most likely aspiring musicians, that to be a successful
The appropriate attire for an individual in my profession is a casual dress attire. Something such as dress pants and a nice shirt, I believe would be appropriate. Or perhaps a longer, modest skirt, weather permitting. Even though some facilities may be more casual, I don’t believe it’s a jeans and t-shirt kind of environment. I asked a few professionals in this field and they told me that the typical attire was a variation of business casual.
Clothing is one of the first things people notice when they see you and people may judge you based on your clothing choices. When women chose to wear very tight, revealing clothing it can often send the message that they are easy and that they may not have very high standards when it comes to men. People decked out in expensive, designer brands and lots of jewelry could send the message that they have lots of money and are high maintenance. I like to wear clothes that are cute and stylish to me and also a little different from what everyone else is wearing. I wouldn't say that I have a distinct style, just wear things that I like.
Another important fact about India during this time is that women are supposed to be very modest and concealed from men. As a result, women wear something called a sari; a long piece of cloth wrapped around the body without sticking to the skin. A major factor of Indian culture is the wives’ rights. After Indian women get married, most of their time is spent taking care of the husband and his family and has to do whatever he wishes. As the title of the story gives the reader an idea about clothes, the protagonist’s wardrobe is greatly affected by the setting.
