This is the stage that some managers miss. The manager must involve all staff members. “There is a tendency in organizations for the project team to dissolve soon after implementation of the hardware and software solutions. The evaluation, if done at all, is done too early and is used primarily to justify the project” (O’Connor., 2002). The manager must keep the evaluation project ongoing to ensure the process has worked to the plan.
Although Tanglewood would like to try and meet their affirmative action goal in a single year, if do think they should set a goal for 2 years. Due to having to hire more the normal employee's, I think they need to set the goals they need to first and focus little at a time on keeping those goals steady. I feel this will keep HR from feeling overwhelmed and allowing them to succeed in accomplishing everything they need to do. I have also attached a memo that may help Tanglewood's other stores understand your goals. To All Tanglewood HR: It is essential that when determining hiring of employee's that you consider many factors in your search.
You obviously cannot just give in to all demands an employee might make however and you have to discuss options in depth and try and find suitable outcomes to benefit both parties. It also needs to be considered that not everyone responds the same to motivational methods. All the things I have talked about so far are taking what may be considered a softer approach but this won’t work with everybody. Some employees respond to a harder line of performance management and aren’t interested in things such as on-going training
Giving staff better training in any business will improve the service, less mistakes will occur and staff will feel worthwhile. There seems to be no respect for the night managers. This is a big weakness as managers would need respect by other staff to make it work. As there is a lot of food wastage in the business, it is down to all the managers to control. A Change in the staffing and a rota in place would ensure managers have a full overview of what is happening and when.

• If you allow your own preferences to dominate your work with people, you fail to perform to the standards set by the UK regulating bodies, they require workers to respect and promote people’s individual views and wishes. • To make the right response when there is a clash between your views and those of the people you are working for, you have to identify and understand your own views and values. • Lots of people are better suited to working for themselves which isn’t always about an inability to follow orders; it can be for many reasons exclusive per company/boss. • Own Values: you may be working shifts you don’t like, and not be able to do anything about it, events like these will lead to disagreements with how your boss sees’s things and how work is
The kids who participate also get a free kids meal from Chick-fil-A, and who passes up a free meal. This year I kept up with one of my good friends who work with Chick-fil-A and he told me they needed some extra help out there. I chose to do this event because it seemed like it would be a fun way to hang out with kids, and help Chick-fil-A in any way I can. I enjoy hanging out with kids so I knew I would enjoy this event. I got to dress up, get my face painted, and hang out with kids for four hours.

Multicultural Diversity in the Workplace Though somewhat unpretentious by definition, multiculturalism simply refers to an array in a variety of dissimilarities between people in any organization that not only affects how people see themselves but also how they perceive others.
