From the limited information in the scenario/case study, along with your answers to the unit three written assignment, identify at least three direct and specific long-term and three direct and specific short term operations changes that Albatross Anchor must make to gain a clear and sustainable competitive advantage (provide detailed information to validate and support each recommended change) Long-Term Operational Changes (01) The first long term change that Albatross Anchor must make in order to become more successful is to get more space for their company. The space they have now is certainly not adequate for the company’s two product lines. The space is so limited that the change over for the production of each anchor is not a quick one. There is also not enough space for storing raw materials and finished goods, which of course means that production may be slow if not everything is accessible.
