Life is challenge and every day we need to learn a new things. Hence, learning styles identify how people take information and process it in different ways. Indeed there are several theories of learning styles that help you to concentrate on how mind gets data and learned. Once you find how your mind handle data, you can learn more productively and in less time. This essay is divided into three parts. The first part deals with my experiences to find my styles and my strengths in learning. Next will talk and summary about weaknesses discovered, finally I point out my self-development’s plan and recommendations. What is my current learning style it was my main question for me especially in this period of my academic life. So it was imperative to know what preference learning for me. Honey (2000) identified a model of learning styles by survey that has four characteristics are Activists, Reflectors, Theorists and Pragmatists. After spending no more than ten minutes answered questions I found my style it was Pragmatist. Consequently, the most important characteristics are learning from activities are best way and implement what learned immediately. Those people use a lot of techniques for doing things applicable to their job. Moreover, like doing things and solve problems via tray and error they are really action oriented and aiming to the final result. Not only that my style is Pragmatist, but also I found in a slight commons in Activists that learn by new experience and problems. Instance, I like working in grope and welcoming for new ideas.
