I believe that many students need motivations and reasons to do frequent studying, reading, and exercising; therefore frequent in-class exams will give them good reasons and motivations to start reviewing a chapter. Frequent tests will be more efficient in classes that require a lot of readings and memorizing, such as history, politic, geography, etc, because if a student procrastinate his reading until a night before the test, he will be overwhelmed. First and most important, AP courses provide students the opportunity to excel in a challenging class. Through these courses, the students learn to study in ways that allow them to be prepared for future courses that in college. Rather than normal high school courses, AP classes are exceedingly challenging and require the students to put full effort into the work. AP English and literature teacher, Vicki Schmitt, states, “Even if you make a C in an AP class, there is value in having been in the class” (“Statistics show AP courses boost success”). Though there is much difficulty in the courses, it is more important to gather the information learned in the course and learn strong techniques for work ethic.
The use of the day planner promotes self-motivation because the students are learning how to manage their time in school and at home to be able to complete their homework. This homework policy would be very useful in a second grade classroom because it encourages self-motivation as they can check off homework assignments when they get done. Second grade students would feel a sense of accomplishment as the tasks get checked off when they reach their goals. As per the policy, sometimes homework assignments are clearly written on a whiteboard devoted specifically to homework. Other times the
Children are really missing their enjoyment. Nowadays schools are mainly concentrating in studies and bring out 100% result. And the pressure upon students is much on their studies with much special classes and tuitions. They don't know the life of other extracurricular activities like sports, swimming, drawing, etc. Still there are some schools which have these also as one of the subjects and make them to improve their talents in all ways.
An ideal student should prefer a professor who demonstrates strict guidelines and who assigns adequate homework that is relevant to class discussion, as well as being approachable. These qualities of an excellent professor should be determined by serious, driven students who find these qualities mandatory. Most students go to class and hope for little homework, and a teacher that wants the same thing they do; to get in, out, and get on with their lives. That is fine if you do not intend to learn anything, but for the people who actually put forth the effort and wish to succeed, a strict professor would be a key ingredient in achieving their goal. When going to a class, one should hope for a professor with strict guidelines and grade policies in order to retain the knowledge necessary to excel in college.
This means remembering to do my homework, bring all my supplies, and get a good night’s sleep. In school I will try my hardest and always give one hundred and ten percent effort. I will try my hardest at everything in life but especially school. Studying and review at home is also a key to doing well in school. Also, I will take part in extracurricular events, such as clubs and sports.

Grades are being used for this because grades can be used to get a rough preview of the person in question. Grades show the applicant’s ability to listen accurately, communicate clearly, follow instructions, and to return a product, answer or skill on request. It is the student’s willingness and ability to apply themselves to the task at hand that demonstrates their future value to employers in the marketplace. Prospective bosses see good grades in school as an indication of the student’s ability to provide desired results, which makes them highly marketable and in demand. Without grades, how else would we assess and measure a student’s abilities in a practical way that can be used for this?
